Lost or Damaged items
If you have not received your item within 5 business days please email email@example.com and we will do our best to help track down your item if you have had no response from your shipping carrier. We will not be held accountable for lost or stolen items. This is the responsibility of the buyer to follow up with the carrier. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our shipping terms and conditions and no items will be refunded if they are not delivered due to no fault of our own. If you receive a parcel that has been damaged in the transit, an incorrect item or a faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number, a photo of the item and the box it was sent in if stock was damaged. Stock must also be unopened and in it's original state.
