Public Holiday Surcharge:

If we decide to open on a Public Holiday, a $15 fee will be added to your appointment.

Children:
Please do not bring sick children to your appointment, this is for the health and safety of myself, my family and my clients. Please do not bring children to lash appointments or any long appointments.

New Clients:
New clients must book online and agree to our policies upon booking. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your initial consultation.
​
New Treatment:
Please book a free patch test for lash and brow treatments if you haven't had these before.
Please also arrive 5-10 minutes early for your new consult.

Afterpay:
We are pleased to offer Afterpay to our current clients. Afterpay can only be used for bookings over $50.00. However, a 5% fee does apply.

Zip Pay:
We are very please to now be able to offer Zip Pay & Zip Money. Zip can be used on bookings over $50.00. A 5.5%n fee does apply.

Preferred method of payment:
Our preferred method of payment is Eftpos. Eftpos has a 1.9% surcharge. We also accept cash but do not carry a lot of change. Please bring correct cash. Afterpay & Zip also accepted.

Please understand this is a small business & we need such policies in plcae to protect our small business. These policies can be found in salon, on booking system & on our socials. We do not like enforcing such policies however as a small business, we cannot afford to have no shows and not get paid. Please respect our time that we have put aside for you.
