All appointments require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. 
 

Email reminders are sent 3 days prior to your appointment. SMS reminders are now sent 48hrs prior to your appointment.

Envious Beauty Bar requires 48hrs notice to cancel appointments. This can be done by phoning, texting, through our booking system or messaging our Facebook & Instagram pages.

We understand things can happen. If it's an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us will result in 100% of appointment cost payable.

If appointment is cancelled less than 48hrs before your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. If appointment is cancelled on the day of appointment, 100% of appointment cost will be payable. This includes cancelling part of your appointment late or on the day of. Due to time being put aside for your appointment & not being able to fill this time slot. If you have rescheduled or cancelled appointments consistently, you will be required to pay for your appointment in advance to secure your booking. We reserve the right to not allow you to book future appointments with us as this makes running a business extremely hard.
